I have 35 years’ experience in dog and cat grooming so I understand how important it is to get a good relationship with your pet going. This will make the groom a much more relaxing and comfortable experience for both your pet and myself.

Your puppy’s first groom will be the most important groom so it must be both pleasent & pleasurable,You can help your puppy get used to the grooming at home by gently touching him/her all over every day, don’t forget the paws and toes. Once your puppy is happy being handled, you are ready to start brushing and combing. Puppies should be introduced to professional grooming when they are about 3 months old or have completed their second round of vaccines. The majority of dogs will require grooming every 1 -2 Months.

This way your pet will understand what is expected for the next time it needs grooming and throughout his life.

The older Dogs:

Sometimes need  extra care and attention with their age and with age comes aches and pains we will cater for their every need giving them extra time with their grooming.

The nervous and untrusting dogs:

Are my speciality it gives me great pleasure in gaining trust and forming a relationship with the most challenging of dogs/cats if your pet has had an bad experience and finds it upsetting to go to a groomer I will work one to one at speed best for your pet. I will not make your pet mix with other customer’s dogs as this can be very upsetting for them, I will keep them separated and in a safe and secure environment.
